Please read Linnell Countrywear’s terms and conditions before placing an order. No contract exists between us for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation by e-mail to the address you have given us. All goods are subject to availability.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Linnell Countrywear has taken great care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. Packaging may differ from that shown. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the description and specification of our goods are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, monitor variations, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from the website. Linnell Countrywear disclaims all warranties, as to the accuracy of the information contained in this website, and shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials used on this website.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Linnell Countrywear vouchers may be exchanged for goods in store. The original voucher must be present for payment, photocopies will not be accepted. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost. Vouchers may be used for goods of a higher value on payment of the difference. If goods are purchased to a lower value, the difference will be refunded by voucher.
ORDERS PLACED ONLINE
All e mail enquiries will be responded to as quickly as possible and always within two working days. All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available. Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received in full all monies owed by you under this and any other contract. All risk of loss of or damage to the goods shall pass to you upon delivery.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept either Credit Card or Debit Card payments via our secure payment system or payment using PayPal. We accept MasterCard / Visa / Visa Delta / Visa Electron / JCB / Solo / Switch / Maestro Domestic. The goods will not be despatched until we have full payment for them and for delivery costs.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We will endeavour, wherever possible, to despatch goods on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any goods that you order are out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. If delay in despatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the goods have not been despatched, cancel your order and we will refund any sums paid by you.
DELIVERY COSTS
You will require to pay delivery charges as follows -
UK mainland - £4.95.
Rest of UK - £9.95
(Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Europe - £20.00.
Overseas - £40.00.
Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local sales taxes and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability.
CANCELLATION & RETURNS
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with goods purchased from us, please return them to us by filling out the returns/exchange form which came with your order. You may cancel your order under the distance selling regulations within seven working days of receipt of the goods. We will refund for these goods providing they are not damaged and in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will not refund any postage costs. Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. On receipt of a returned item, which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. You must prepay postage.
You should also enclose the documents which accompanied the goods.
Items purchased at published special offer or ‘sale’ prices are non-returnable unless found faulty within 14 days. These must be in an unused condition, and with the original packaging.
FAULTS
In the unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault. Due to Health and Safety regulations we cannot accept boots/clothes unless they have been cleaned thoroughly. We will refund or exchange faulty items. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been damaged once delivery has been received by you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When purchasing goods online, you will be passed on to a Secure Order Processing page and your details will be encrypted by 56-bit industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide encryption of personal information such as your name, address and payment card details.
PRICING
All prices quoted are in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include Value Added Tax (VAT). VAT applies to all European Union (EU) countries. We reserve the right to adjust prices accordingly.

We collect only the basic personal details required to process your order. We will not release your name, address, email address or any other information about our customers to any outside party. We will not trade, resell, sell, or redistribute information that you provide to us, to any other companies, organisations or individuals. Our policy is to keep the personal information we receive completely confidential, and used solely for internal purposes. We will not share your personal information with any other parties, and we only use cookies to facilitate the order process. No other form of tracking technology is used by us. RETURNS
If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within one month of purchase. A returns form explaining this procedure will be enclosed with your order. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost. We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.
