Christmas Deliveries and Returns

Extended Christmas Returns Policy: We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas Season. Items purchased from Linnell Countrywear and dispatched during the period from November 1st, 2012 to December 31st, 2012 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31st, 2013. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 30-day period for items purchased after December 31st, 2012.

Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by us. Goods will be refunded within 30 days of cancellation. You must prepay the postage and use the Returns form provided to send the goods back to us along with proof of purchase.

Delivery

Please allow up to 3-5 days for delivery. We will endeavour, wherever possible, to despatch goods on confirmation that your order is accepted and issue of your Order Reference Number although, if any goods that you order are out of stock, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible to let you know. If delay in despatch is likely to exceed 7 days you may, provided the goods have not been despatched, cancel your order and we will refund any sums paid by you.

DELIVERY COSTS

You will require to pay delivery charges as follows -
UK mainland - £4.95.
Rest of UK - £9.95
(Ireland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands and Islands)
Europe - £20.00.
Overseas - £40.00.
Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local sales taxes and/or import duties, over which we have no control, and for which we cannot accept liability.

Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your order you may return your selection to us in a saleable condition for either refund or exchange at any time within one month of purchase. A returns form explaining this procedure will be enclosed with your order. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost. We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office, and consider insuring your parcel, in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit.

You should also enclose the documents which accompanied the goods.

Items purchased at published special offer or ‘sale’ prices are non-returnable unless found faulty within 14 days. These must be in an unused condition, and with the original packaging.
